I believe nutrition is better than supplements and try to eat paleo or clean for about 75% of my meals and I just take supplements as an added measure.

After every workout, I take protein isolates (whey protein isolate) that have LOW sugar because they are more pure protein (less fillers). I also like the animal series from Universal Nutrition. I take the animal pak for my vitamins and the flex for added joint support.
About every 4-6 months I’ll take a stack of animal stak and m-stak, for test boost, if I’m stuck on gains, or just because.
